No need to use a new or old piston to set the ring in place, no wondering if you’re consistently getting the ring in the same place. Our ring gap tools will consistently push the piston rings down 1cm into the cylinder and the 3d printed PLA tool won’t damage the cylinder wall. The first product we designed and printed, originally as a “Dual Port” only kit. We later added a pair of 1300-1600cc single port intake blocks to cover the majority of VW Type 1, 2 & 3 based engines in use today. Our VW Engine Block Off Plate Kit includes blocks offs for dual and single port heads, exhaust ports, alternator/generator stand, fuel pump, distributor drive and oil cooler. The brightly colored block offs are easy to see so you won’t loose them in your tool box!
